1. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?

WE USUALLY TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TO SEND YOU YOUR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.

3. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?

WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY DUE TO THE LIMITED QUANTITIES WE PRODUCE. HENCE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS. HOWEVER, WE DO PROVIDE STORE CREDITS IN THE FORM OF COUPONS EQUIVALENT TO YOUR BILL AMOUNT WHICH CAN BE REDEEMED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE.
